Metts Investigations will send an investigator to your offices or can execute a contract via phone/fax.
We have served attorneys throughout the Carolinas since 1992. We are happy to provide professional past performance references upon request.
Domestic Surveillance Clients
Metts Investigations provides an initial case review at no charge. An investigator can arrange to meet you in a convenient location. Feel free to call for an appointment to review your case.
Should you desire to engage our services, Domestic Surveillance Clients are required to execute a contract to comply with South Carolina Law. Contracts require a deposit to be
expended at an hourly bill rate. The investigator will develop a surveillance and spend rate plan in
consultation with the client. Two hours of time are reserved for administrative processing to include writing of reports and editing video.
Tips for domestic clients:
- Reports should be provided directly to your attorney.
- Failure to act on evidence prevents future use in court.
- Provide the investigator information such as license plate numbers to make surveillance efficient.
- Never follow anyone yourself. To do so is a violation of state anti-stalking laws and the reason we require a contract.
Insurance Surveillance Clients
Metts Investigations has been a preferred vendor with national insurance agencies for over a decade. Agreements can be executed immediately via your preferred method. We are happy to visit your offices in person in order to develop and maintain a professional relationship.
