Metts Investigations provides an initial case review at no charge. To begin surveillance, we require an initial deposit and payment in advance as segments of the case are worked.
Clients execute a contract with an hourly bill rate. One hour of time is normally reserved for administrative processing to include producing reports and duplicating video.
Items that require additional fees include:
- Mileage outside of the contract area
- Computer database searches (e.g., background, criminal, or motor vehicle)
- Additional report or video copies
- Court appearance
Insurance Surveillance
For Insurance Clients, the daily, flat-rate fee includes:
- Mileage
- Travel Expense
- DMV Checks
- Lodging Expense
- 1st Copy of Video (VHS or CD)
- Reports with Inserted Pictures
- Surveillance / Investigation / Administration
